Does Online Personal Training Really Work?
ABSOLUTELY! I have worked with clients worldwide! The reason it works is because I educate you on all aspects of fitness, nutrition and lifestyle. I am NOT about quick fixes and crash dieting. My goal for all my clients is to help you get your ideal body and teach you to maintain it forever. I will teach you how to eat effectively for fat loss or muscle building. I will be teaching you how and when to make changes to your plan to keep you moving in the right direction. My Online training only works if you do. If you follow what I give you 110% I can guarantee you will love the results you see!
How long until I see results?
Ah! One question every trainer receives from new clients is “how long will it take for me to see results.” Anyone that promises results in ridiculous time frames are misleading and have greatly altered reasonable expectation. In addition, this has created a culture of fitness failure and fosters a sense of hopelessness. I suggest most to folks stay off the scale and not measure yourself by standards outside of your own unique physiology, genetic makeup and current condition. I like to measure based on composition change, fat loss, muscle development and strength increases…the stuff that maters!
Bottom line: results depend on several factors including genetic disposition, physiological adaptation to prescribed exercises, effort applied to each workout, consistency, proper caloric ratio and intake, nutritional quality and variety.
When will I first hear from you?
After you submit your application, I will review it and you will receive an email from me within 24 hours to let you know if we can work together or not. I only coach a few clients at a time so I can give my full attention to their needs.
Can I do online personal training from anywhere?
Of course! One of the great things about online training is that you can effectively take the training app anywhere you have a wifi/data signal. This allows you to train anywhere in the world - in your home, in a hotel, in your local gym or even in the park!
How is my program delivered?
Once you start I will give you instructions on downloading my free training App on either iPhone or Android. Everything that we do is contained within this software. Your customized programming, notes, and video demonstrations will show up in your App when it’s time for you to train including reminders and tips.
Do you track my progress?
Yes, of course! Weekly feedback will be provided.
The assesments allow me to see how you are progressing and what changes need to be made to maximize your next 4 week block.
Can you check my form?
All the movements on the plan have video tutorials so you can see exactly how it should be done. If you are ever unsure of a movement, you can send me a video of you performing and I'll review your form.
Is it really custom to me?
Every aspect of the plan is carefully put together to ensure you have every possible resource to make amazing progress.
As you train, fill in your work within the App as you go. I can monitor your progress in real-time, but more importantly, your results will be automatically reported and charted for me. This makes it possible for me to adjust the program on the fly ensuring there are no wasted workouts so that you get the most out of your training.
Are there any extra costs?
No extra costs whatsoever! Supplements and gym memberships are an optional additional cost if you choose to use them, but they are not essential.
Do I need to train everyday?
You don't have to train every day to achieve amazing results. The plan will work around how much time you have. I will provide guidelines for optimum training frequency, but the plan will work to the schedule that your lifestyle allows.
Do I need access to a gym?
As it is a fully custom plan there are no requirements for equipment, I can build the plan around what you have access to. Certain goals may require access to equipment but if a full gym isn't possible for you I can still make your plan work.
What if I travel often?
Train With Cris Online Personal Training is ideal for people that travel or take vacation. I can develop full bodyweight programs or build based on equipment you have available. The same accountability, workout tracking and coaching is all mobile and travels with you. Basically, I will be there to guide and motivate even if you are out of the country or on the move.
What if I have an injury?
Depending on the type of injury and the stage of healing, I can create programs that limit or avoid stress to the affected site. I can also develop corrective exercise strategies to improve joint stabilization, connective tissue strength and flexibility.
However, no corrective exercise or post rehabilitation program is intended to diagnose, treat or cure any disease or mechanical malalignment. Within my scope of practice, I will work with you to fine tune a progressive program that works to Inhibit overactive musculature, stimulate underactive muscle structures, activate biomechanical efficiency and integrate compound movements to enhance functionality.
